Account Manager

LEWIS has been around for a long time, but we’re in the process of reshaping our offering to be focused on two things: deep strategic partnerships, and high-impact, efficient delivery. With that in mind, we’d like to bolster our Account Management Team and we’re on the lookout for exceptional Account Managers, at all levels, who have a positive and delivery-focussed approach.

We’d be interested in hearing from you if you’re currently in an Account Management/Senior Account Management role and looking for a new challenge or, equally, if you have marketing or client-facing experience and are keen to develop your skills in an agency environment.

The position will involve daily management of client accounts, in the utilities, finance, arts and not-for-profit sectors, looking after digital, DM, business-as-usual and campaign-based projects.

Our ideal candidate(s) will be people-people who possess the following:

  • A confident and assertive attitude with the ability to manage a variety of creative and technical projects (experience of managing website, email, DM, data-led projects, online advertising, ongoing maintenance and video production projects would be an advantage)
  • Experience of managing and building client relationships
    A natural ability to analyse client briefs, ask good questions and gather useful information from all key stakeholders
  • A solid background in advertising, production, design or marketing
  • An ability to use your knowledge and skills to direct clients, internal teams and LEWIS in the most productive direction
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a superb organisational and systematic approach
  • A commitment to completing projects to a specific schedule and within agreed budgets with the ability to report on their progress effectively
  • A strong commercial understanding of how an agency works with responsibility for revenue, project profitability, margins/hourly rates as well as client budgets
  • Self-motivation and willingness to expand your knowledge
  • A get up and go attitude with no fear of getting your hands dirty.
