LEWIS has been around for a long time, but we’re in the process of reshaping our offering to be focused on two things: deep strategic partnerships, and high-impact, efficient delivery. With that in mind, we’d like to bolster our Account Management Team and we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Account Manager/Account Executive for a one-year contract initially.

We're looking for someone with a super-organised, positive and delivery-focussed approach who can support the account team and help our studio and our clients achieve their goals. The role might suit a recent graduate or someone looking to take their first steps into the agency world but, equally, we'd love to hear from you if you already work within the industry and just fancy a change!

The position will involve daily management and support of client accounts, in the utilities, finance, arts and not-for-profit sectors, looking after digital, DM, business-as-usual and campaign-based projects.

Our ideal candidate will be a people-person with the following skills and qualities:

  • A confident and assertive attitude with the ability to manage and support a variety of creative and technical projects (such as website, email, DM, data-led projects, online advertising, ongoing maintenance and video production projects)
  • Experience of managing and building client/customer relationships
  • A natural ability to analyse client briefs, ask good questions and gather useful information from all key stakeholders
  • An ability to use your knowledge and skills to deal with clients and internal teams positively
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a superb organisational and systematic approach
  • A commitment to completing projects to a specific schedule and within agreed budgets with the ability to report on their progress effectively
  • Eagerness to learn how an agency works (including commercial aspects related to revenue, project profitability, margins/hourly rates and client budgets)
  • Self-motivation and willingness to expand your knowledge
  • A get up and go attitude with no fear of getting your hands dirty.
