Hunter Boot - a web store with an extra kick

Category:

Background

Over the past 4 years LEWIS have worked alongside Hunter Boot to build and continually develop their online presence, establishing it as a key sales tool in the process.

Throughout this journey the key design, build and technical elements of the site have remained constant, allowing maximum flexibility as the Hunter Boot brand grows and develops.

The Outcome:

  • Customer tools - We adapted the site to encourage user interaction and feedback and invited users to post product reviews and their own content from YouTube and Flickr.
  • eCommerce – A bespoke solution for online sales gave Hunter complete ownership and control over a direct sales channel without the need to rely on third party online stockists.
  • Driving sales - We improved user interaction and feedback, created a US version of the site and developed a search marketing strategy.

Client feedback

"LEWIS has delivered a clean, crisp site that is totally on brief and positions Hunter as a premium brand spanning both fashion and traditional markets.

In sales terms, since the facelift, Hunter has experienced exceptional growth and continues to work well as one of our key selling tools. LEWIS rapidly developed a thorough understanding of the brand proposition and has managed to maintain extremely high quality input to the project team, adding value at each step."
