Protection specialists, Scottish Provident, required an online internal portal to support their sales incentive and reward scheme. Designed to motivate and inspire the sales team, this portal needed to reflect the exclusivity of the incentives to be won. We developed a ‘Passport’ theme to give the site a feel of a first-class airport lounge. The site gives the sales team clear details of how to achieve incentives and what rewards can be gained. It also allows individuals to log in with their personalised details to track their progress alongside their peers through the use of regularly updated league tables.
