Insights is a global learning and development company working in partnership with leading organisations across the world.
the brief
The company had a longstanding logostyle which although established was both restrictive and lacking impact for a 21st century global company. Alongside the corporate branding, LEWIS were invited to create product brands for the Discovery and Navigator which deliver learning solutions and improve effectiveness in the five key areas for individuals, teams, organisations, sales and leadership.
our idea
Working closely with the Insights design team, LEWIS developed a range of design approaches all of which had to incorporate the strong sense of a dynamic, creative, global company. Having established the main brand the development of the product division brands incorporated the use of colour to reflect the core analysis techniques which are central to the Insights development approach.
the outcome
All aspects of the company's structure was influenced by the brand from stationery through exhibition material, brochures and websites. This required specifications and formats that could be reproduced worldwide in many formats, languages and media. Throughout the 18 month process, the value of communication and close working links with the design and marketing team at Insights was central to the overall success of the project.
